Idiopathic scrotal calcinosis is a rare, benign condition characterized by asymptomatic nodules on the scrotal skin.

To present a case of idiopathic scrotal calcinosis.
To discuss the histopathological findings and potential pathogenesis.

Surgical excision of multiple scrotal nodules.
Histopathological examination of excised tissue.
