Femtosecond laser-assisted astigmatic keratotomy (FSAK) effectively corrects astigmatism in both native and post-keratoplasty eyes. Intrastromal FSAK (IFSAK) is a safe option for low astigmatism in native eyes undergoing cataract surgery.
