A Rapid Extraction Method to Quantify Drug Uptake in Contact Lenses

A new simple extraction method accurately quantifies ocular drug uptake into contact lenses (CLs). Conventional hydrogel CLs showed higher uptake for moxifloxacin and timolol compared to silicone hydrogel CLs.
