Origin of Syrinx Fluid in Syringomyelia: A Physiological Study

Syrinx fluid originates from the spinal subarachnoid space in Chiari I malformation and spinal obstruction-related syringomyelia, but not in tumor-related cases. Surgery improves cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) flow, reducing syrinx fluid accumulation.
