Hemorrhagic stroke after Epley maneuver: a case report

The Epley maneuver, a common treatment for benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), has a rare reported serious adverse event. A patient experienced a hemorrhagic stroke after the procedure, resulting in permanent visual deficits.
