Background:

Vascular Behçet's disease (BD) presents diagnostic challenges for clinicians, particularly vascular surgeons.
The disease can lead to anastomotic pseudoaneurysms, even after successful vascular interventions.
Current understanding and diagnostic criteria for vascular BD remain areas of confusion.

Purpose of the Study:

To highlight key clinical findings suggestive of vascular BD.
To emphasize the diagnostic difficulties when vascular lesions are the initial presentation.
To advocate for revised diagnostic criteria through case collection.

Review of clinical presentations and diagnostic challenges in vascular BD.
Identification of characteristic clinical findings suspicious for vascular BD.

Main Results:

Clinical indicators for vascular BD include saccular aneurysms in young patients without atherosclerosis, unexplained bilateral deep vein thrombosis, and superficial thrombophlebitis.
