Abstract:
Twenty-one zeolite films were grown on a 2.5 cm alumina disk using a multiwell reactor. This parallel synthesis from clear organic-free solutions offers an interesting approach to the preparation of catalytic libraries. The morphologies of the films produced were found to be similar to those synthesized under conventional conditions but their X-ray diffraction patterns indicated a lower degree of orientation of crystallites.
