Intestinal duplication revealed by posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome.

A rare case of intestinal duplication cyst in a 13-year-old girl was linked to posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome (PRES). Surgical removal of the cyst resolved hypertension and neurological symptoms, suggesting a novel cause for PRES.
