Intraocular pressure (IOP) distribution varies with age, decreasing in older adults. Higher IOP is linked to younger age, increased blood glucose, triglycerides, blood pressure, pulse rate, alcohol intake, thicker corneas, myopia, and steeper corneal curvature.
