Summary

Neonatal fractures during caesarean delivery are rare but can occur. This study identified transverse lie and the push method as key risk factors for fetal trauma during these procedures.

  • To identify specific risk factors associated with neonatal fractures during caesarean sections.
  • To improve understanding of iatrogenic fetal trauma in the context of surgical delivery.
