Peritoneal Dialysis for AKI in Cameroon: Commercial vs Locally-Made Solutions

Locally produced peritoneal dialysis (PD) solutions offer a cost-effective alternative for acute kidney injury (AKI) treatment in resource-limited settings. Mortality and peritonitis rates were similar compared to commercial PD solutions.
