  • Patient age ranged from 3 months to 39 years, with follow-up averaging 7 months.

Findings:

  • The 3D continuous suturing technique significantly reduced suturing time and the number of knots.
  • All patients demonstrated excellent wound healing with stitches removed at 7 days postoperatively, showing good arrangement and no scar hyperplasia.

Implications:

  • This time-saving and convenient technique provides tighter, more stable, and reliable wound closure.
  • The 3D continuous suturing method is versatile and applicable to all triangular wounds and incisions.
