Enchondroma with Osteopoikilosis Coexisting Together -A Rare Clinical and Radiological Case Report

Background:

• The coexistence of osteopoikilosis and enchondroma is a rare finding.
• Plain radiographs can suggest the diagnosis.
• Histopathologic examination is required for definitive confirmation.

• Early diagnosis through imaging is crucial.
• Surgical enucleation of the enchondroma combined with bone grafting is an effective treatment.
