Obturation quality of calcium silicate-based cements placed with different techniques in teeth with perforating

Neither Mineral Trioxide Aggregate (MTA) nor Biodentine, when used with hand condensation or ultrasonic activation, achieved complete obturation in simulated internal root resorption (IRR) cavities. Obturation quality was poorer in the apical region compared to resorption defects.
