Genetic variations in tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α), TNF-beta (TNF-β), and interleukin-10 (IL-10) are linked to atopic dermatitis (AD) susceptibility in Saudi populations. These gene polymorphisms may serve as risk factors for developing AD.
