Maxillomandibular advancement (MMA) effectively treats obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), achieving 100% surgical success in a small cohort. This surgical intervention offers a viable alternative for severe OSA patients intolerant to positive airway pressure therapy.

  • To compare MMA outcomes with existing literature data.

  • Retrospective chart review of OSA patients undergoing MMA over 10 years.
