    Background:

    • Restrictive Dermopathy (RD) is a rare genetic disorder characterized by skin fragility, joint contractures, and poor growth.
    • Previous literature has not documented intracranial or adrenal calcifications in association with RD.

    Observation:

    • A patient presented with clinical features suggestive of Restrictive Dermopathy.
    • Radiographic imaging revealed intracranial and adrenal calcifications, an unusual finding in this condition.

    Findings:

    • The co-occurrence of Restrictive Dermopathy with intracranial and adrenal calcifications is reported for the first time.
    • This association expands the known phenotypic spectrum of Restrictive Dermopathy.

    Implications:

    • The findings suggest that intracranial and adrenal calcifications could be novel radiographic features of Restrictive Dermopathy.
    • Alternatively, these calcifications may represent secondary manifestations of the underlying pathophysiology of RD.
    • Further research is warranted to elucidate the relationship between these calcifications and RD.
