Ulnar collateral ligament reconstruction in athletes using a cortical button suspension technique

This study shows that dual far cortical button fixation for ulnar collateral ligament (UCL) reconstruction allows athletes to return to sport. This technique offers good functional outcomes and a low complication rate.
