Uterine Corpus Metastasis From Rectal Adenocarcinoma Detected Using 18F-FDG PET/CT

We present a rare case of rectal cancer spreading to the uterus, identified using F-FDG PET/CT imaging. This advanced imaging technique helped confirm uterine metastasis in a patient with previously unremarkable ultrasound results.

- This finding raised suspicion for metastatic disease in the uterus.
- Subsequent Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and diagnostic curettage with histopathological analysis confirmed uterine metastasis originating from the rectal adenocarcinoma.
