Aerobic fitness, measured by the Yo-Yo Endurance Test, strongly correlates with total distance covered, high-intensity actions, and sprints in soccer matches. Anaerobic fitness, assessed via the Running Anaerobic Sprint Test, showed no significant correlation with match performance.
