Novel Method for Perceiving Key Requirements of Customer Collaboration Low-Carbon Product Design

This study introduces a novel method for customer collaborative low-carbon product innovation (CCPI) by identifying key customer requirements. The approach uses fuzzy grey relational analysis and a genetic algorithm to effectively incorporate consumer heterogeneity in low-carbon product design.
