A new non-invasive method accurately quantifies cerebral blood flow (CBF) using N-isopropyl-p-iodoamphetamine (IMP) without arterial blood sampling. This technique simplifies CBF measurement and accounts for lung clearance, offering a reliable alternative to existing approaches.
