Early Adaptations to a Two-Week Uphill Run Sprint Interval Training and Cycle Sprint Interval Training

Uphill run sprint training (UST) improved time-to-exhaustion more than cycle sprint interval training (SIT) in recreationally active males. Both training methods enhanced ventilatory threshold, suggesting UST is a viable alternative for improving endurance.
