Objective:
To establish the correlation between the methods of Wintrobe and micro-hematocrit.
Methods:
407 patients attendees were taken laboratory to third level simultaneo usly tests were performed in the study.
Results:
Using a statistical method of linear regression correlation coefficient of 0,99 was found.
Conclusion:
Both methods can contribute to the clinical analysis of patients who were asked to test for diagnosis or control of different pathologies.

Renal Drug Clearance: Comparison Between Renal Excretion Methods
Renal clearance is often associated with the renal glomerular filtration rate (GFR), which represents the rate at which plasma is filtered through the glomeruli in the kidney. When drug reabsorption is minimal and there is no active secretion, renal clearance is closely related to the...

Protein-Drug Binding: Determination Methods
Indirect methods involve isolating the bound drug from its free form in biological samples such as blood, serum, or plasma. These techniques aim to measure the percentage of drugs bound to proteins. Equilibrium dialysis is a commonly used method where the free drug concentration at equilibrium is measured by separating the bound...
Multiple Comparison Tests
It would be easy to compare two samples using a significance alpha level of 0.05. In other words, there is only one sample pair to be compared. However, it would be difficult to identify a significantly different sample if the number...
