Summary

Far infrared-emitting ceramics (cFIRs) effectively reduced pain and swelling in a mouse model of inflammation. These analgesic effects were mediated through adenosine and cannabinoid receptors, suggesting cFIRs as a potential treatment for inflammatory pain.
