No Useful Field Expansion with Full-field Prisms.

Full-field prisms do not effectively expand the visual field for homonymous hemianopia (HH) or acquired monocular vision (AMV). The necessary head and eye movements to maintain fixation negate any potential visual field expansion benefits.
