Lower apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) values in isocitrate dehydrogenase (IDH) wild-type gliomas correlate with poor survival in both IDH-mutant and IDH wild-type gliomas. Some IDH-mutant gliomas with low ADC show survival similar to IDH wild-type gliomas.
