Pulse wave reflection responses to bench press with and without practical blood flow restriction

Both low-load resistance exercise with practical blood flow restriction (pBFR) and high-load bench press significantly alter pulse wave reflection. These resistance training methods showed similar effects on cardiovascular responses in trained men.
