[Property of polymorphonuclear leukocytes in generating superoxide in osteomyelitis]

Rate of superoxide anion production was decreased in blood polymorphonuclear leukocytes of patients with acute and chronic osteomyelitis both in absence of an activator and after stimulation of the cells by latex particles and menadion in vitro.
