Single-Center Experience with Minimally Invasive Mitral Operations through Right Minithoracotomy

Minimally invasive mitral valve surgery (MIMVS) via right minithoracotomy is a safe and effective alternative to conventional surgery. This approach offers low mortality and morbidity, with excellent long-term survival rates.
