Validation of optical properties quantification with a dual-step technique for biological tissue analysis

We developed a Dual-Step system combining diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (DRS) and multispectral imaging (MSI) for accurate wide-field optical property quantification in biological tissues. This method effectively measures scattering and absorption in both homogeneous and heterogeneous phantoms.
