Enhancing nutrient utilization of broiler chickens through supplemental enzymes

Adding enzymes like phytase, amylase, and non-starch polysaccharide-degrading enzymes (NSPase) to broiler diets improves nutrient digestibility and energy value. Combining amylase and NSPase with phytase offers the most significant benefits for phosphorus digestibility and apparent metabolizable energy, N.E. (AMEn).
