Nanoscale characterization coupled to multi-parametric optimization of Hi5 cell transient gene expression

A new transient gene expression (TGE) method using polyethylenimine (PEI) for Hi5 insect cells offers rapid protein production. Optimized conditions achieved high transfection efficiency and specific productivity, providing a baculovirus-free alternative.
