Liver receptor homolog‑1 (LRH‑1) is elevated in pediatric hepatoblastoma. Inhibiting LRH‑1 with an antagonist reduced tumor cell growth and enhanced chemotherapy effectiveness, suggesting a new therapeutic strategy.
