Gerald Kayingo is an assistant professor and program director of the PA program at the University of California-Davis. James F. Cawley is a professor of prevention and community health in the Milken Institute School of Public Health and a professor of physician assistant studies in the School of Medicine and Health Sciences at George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
