[Jejunal atresia: contribution to prenatal ultrasonic diagnosis]

In a case report we present the prenatal diagnosis of an intestinal obstruction. The problem of locating exactly the area of obstruction is discussed. Prenatal diagnosis permits optimal management after birth and can lead to a better prognosis.
