Porous collagen enhances deep sclerectomy (DS) outcomes in open-angle glaucoma by significantly reducing intraocular pressure (IOP). This implant allows DS even with trabeculo-Descemet membrane (TDM) rupture, avoiding conversion to trabeculectomy.
