Effect of Myricetin on Primary Open-angle Glaucoma

Myricetin demonstrates protective effects for primary open angle glaucoma (POAG) by reducing oxidative stress and inflammation in trabecular meshwork cells. This natural compound also helped prevent intraocular pressure elevation in a rat glaucoma model.
