Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MBT) can trigger autoimmune keratitis, causing non-healing corneal ulcers. Prompt treatment combining systemic anti-tuberculosis therapy and topical eye drops led to significant improvement in a patient with pulmonary tuberculosis.
