[The comparative characteristic of techniques of isolation of spermatozoons from native male ejaculate]

The article presents description of isolation of spermatozoa from native ejaculate: technique of washing off seminal plasma. technique of swim-up and technique of centrifugation of ejaculate in density gradient. The comparative characteristic of effectiveness of techniques is given. The shortcomings of techniques are described too. The choice of technique depends on necessity of carrying out isolation of germ cells for investigation purposes or clinical application and also on characteristics of ejaculate and rules specified in particular laboratory.
