This study used Ultra-Performance Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (UPLC-MS) and chemometric analysis to differentiate raw and processed Aconiti Lateralis Radix (Heishunpian and Baifupian). The chemical profiling successfully validated the processing methods for this traditional herbal medicine.
