Irreversible Electroporation for Unresectable Hepatocellular Carcinoma: Initial Experience

Irreversible electroporation (IRE) effectively treats small hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) in unresectable cases. Tumor size less than 25mm is linked to better local progression-free survival, with minimal complications.
