Tumor budding in laryngeal carcinoma

Tumor budding, a measure of cancer cell clusters, is a significant prognostic factor in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma. Its presence correlates with lymphovascular invasion, perineural invasion, and lymph node metastasis, indicating poorer outcomes.
