Electrophoretic determination of histamine

A new electrophoretic method, on-line coupled capillary isotachophoresis with capillary zone electrophoresis (cITP-CZE), accurately determines histamine in food and feed. This sensitive and rapid technique offers comparable results to HPLC, with a low detection limit.
