Low endoscopy bleeding risk in patients with congenital bleeding disorders

Patients with inherited bleeding disorders undergoing gastrointestinal endoscopy have a low bleeding risk when managed by experts. This study found the 72-hour bleeding rate was comparable to the general population, highlighting effective haemostatic management.
