Summary

Intralobar pulmonary sequestration, a rare lung anomaly, can elevate Carbohydrate antigen 19-9 (CA 19-9) levels, mimicking cancer markers. Awareness of this benign condition prevents unnecessary invasive tests and treatments for patients.
