Antiserum to Recombinant Virus Coat Protein Detects Rupestris stem pitting associated virus in Grapevines

Rupestris stem pitting associated virus (RSPaV) can now be rapidly detected using a new polyclonal antiserum. This serological method offers a faster, cheaper, and more reliable alternative to traditional biological indexing for grapevine disease diagnosis.
