    Background:

    • Diastematomyelia is a congenital spinal malformation characterized by a split vertebral canal.
    • Hydromyelia involves the dilation of the central canal of the spinal cord.

    Purpose of the Study:

    • To investigate the incidence of hydromyelia in patients diagnosed with diastematomyelia.
    • To describe the patterns of hydromyelia in relation to diastematomyelia.
