Transcutaneous pulsed radiofrequency (TPRF) is a safe and effective treatment for chronic shoulder tendinitis, outperforming transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS). TPRF demonstrated superior pain reduction and functional improvement over TENS in this clinical trial.
