Chloride Channel Accessory 4 (CLCA4) Gene Polymorphisms and Non-Obstructive Azoospermia: A Case-Control Study

Genetic variations in the CLCA4 gene were not associated with non-obstructive azoospermia (NOA) in a Chinese Han population. This study found no significant links between CLCA4 single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) and NOA.

Conclusions:
- No significant associations were found between CLCA4 gene SNPs and non-obstructive azoospermia (NOA) in the studied Chinese Han population.
- The CLCA4 gene does not appear to be a major genetic factor for NOA in this demographic.
- Further research may be needed to explore other genetic factors contributing to NOA.
